Igniting sustainable partnerships for Mercedes Benz

Strategic positioning of Mercedes-Benz’s partnership with global sports NGO Laureus Sport for Good Foundation.

The challenge

We were asked by Mercedes-Benz to create new ideas for developing the partnership with global NGO Laureus Sport for Good Foundation to mark the 20th anniversary of this pioneering partnership.

The programme

We recognised that energy and engagement from the outset was critical, and we designed two high energy innovation sessions in New York and Oslo for Mercedes Benz key influencers, which captured imaginations and led to some high quality insights.

These were delivered in parallel with a global stakeholder consultation exercise, listening in to the strengths and opportunities for the partnership from diverse perspectives.

We utilised these insights to make strategic recommendations for the partnership with Laureus to continue adding value to both organisations over the next 3-5 years – and beyond.

I asked CoCreate to design and deliver a key strategic Sustainability Session for our international Brand Ambassadors… and from the feedback you achieved our goals for this event 100%!
