We were asked to work with Old Mutual to provide coaching to senior leaders needing to better understand their impact across the organisation.
Through the use of our new Climate 360 Feedback Tool, we were able to gather data about the specific climate that leaders were creating, and to understand this in relation to their teams, peers and stakeholders across the business.
These insights demonstrated that the climate of Psychological Safety created by senior leaders varied, depending on who they were interacting with and in what context. Through the coaching process we were able to help them to understand the impact they were having in different settings, identifying any unhelpful beliefs that were driving this, and developing new behaviours and approaches to experiment with.
It has been a pleasure to be involved in the pilot of the Team Climate tool with Andy and his team at CoCreate.
