The challenge

Threshold Sports are a hugely successful sporting and outdoor events company. As a rapidly growing organisation the business identified the need to invest in person development at all levels of the organisation.

The programme

CoCreate was asked to deliver a Leadership Development programme, followed by a Senior Team day for the Exec Leadership of the business.

We started with a combined launch event for the whole organisation to share learning objectives, fostering constructive dialogue across all levels of the business and strengthening a learning culture.

We followed this with two separate learning events, each focusing on developing the resilience, beliefs, skills and relationships to lead effectively within Threshold. For the Senior Team session we incorporated Coaching Skills, Lencioni’s theory on what drives effective teams and a 360 Emotional Intelligence feedback tool to explore the results and to agree what they can do to create an emotionally intelligent culture across the business.

Due to the success of this programme, we have since run two further company-wide development offsites, continuing to develop effective collaboration across the business.

I want to thank you vigorously for making it such a stimulating and worthwhile programme for our team. Lots of hard work ahead but we are now better equipped, armed with more tools and know-how than ever before. It was an absorbing, exhausting and rewarding day. I loved it, thank you again.
